Inspire Decisions Consulting has undertaken a variety of impactful projects which underscore our commitment to driving positive change through strategic consulting within the humanitarian-development-peace nexus.

This list below presents a cross-section of assignments conducted for illustrative purposes.

Banyan Global – USAID/Nigeria

Conducted research in response to USAID/Nigeria’s request to identify private sector engagement opportunities to address gender-based violence (GBV) issues in Nigeria. This was under the Gender Integration Technical Assistance II (GITA II) Task Order implemented by Banyan Global for USAID/Nigeria.

CARE International in Nigeria

Conducted an integrated market systems, agricultural value chain, and gender assessment. This assessment informed livelihood interventions for CARE International’s Catalyzing Strengthened Policy Action for Healthy Diets and Resilience (CASCADE) programme, a 5-year, multi-country program funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands.

The Africa Enterprise Challenge Fund (AECF), USA

Conducted an integrated value chain, gender-based plus, conflict, and baseline assessment for the Africa Enterprise Challenge Fund (AECF)’s Investing in Women (IIW) Nigeria project. This research, focusing on Kano State, informed the design of the Project Implementation Plan submitted to Global Affairs Canada (GAC).

Heifer Projects International (HPI), USA

Conducted various assessments to inform the design of HPI’s 10-year agriculture Signature Program in Nigeria. Assessments included market systems, gender analysis, youth assessment, economic impact analysis, landscape analysis, stakeholder analysis, and environmental analysis. Additionally, conducted the Actual Income survey in Benue, Oyo, Nasarawa, and Edo States for the Signature Program, collecting data from over 200 respondents.

Palladium International – Propcom Maikarfi

Conducted organizational capacity assessments for the 4-State chapters of the National Association of Gum Arabic Producers, Processors, and Exporters of Nigeria in Borno, Yobe, Bauchi, and Gombe States. Used assessment findings to develop and implement strategic action plans for the various association chapters.
