The Empowering, Propelling, and Impacting Nutritious Food Businesses & Communities (EPIC) program, initiated by Inspire Decisions Consulting in collaboration with GAIN, aims to boost the capacity, innovation, and commercial viability of SMEs in Nigeria’s nutritious food sector. The program seeks to empower SMEs to produce and distribute safe and affordable nutritious foods, ultimately addressing malnutrition in Nigeria.
The program targets SMEs dedicated to producing, processing, or distributing safe and nutritious foods. We prioritize businesses that contribute to dietary diversity and address malnutrition issues among vulnerable populations, including children under five and women of reproductive age. Priority is also given to women-led and youth/men-led businesses to promote inclusive growth.
